What types of office space is available?
Our facilities in Sugar Land and Spring Branch have office space ranging from 350 sq ft to over 10,000 sq ft. Tenant improvments vary based on lease term and credit. Both locations have significant parking availability.
What types of retail space is available?

We have retail under office (Spring Shadows), two story retail (Memorial) and highway access (Plaza) retail locations all with significant visibility and traffic count. Some centers require advance notice to visit so please call or email us to set up an appointment.
